I remember Rachelle wearing a beautiful pink dress a few weeks ago, and remarking on how she felt like she was channeling her inner Molly Ringwald (I really hope you know who she is. If you're a younger reader, look her up. The Breakfast Club got me through my middle school years). That's exactly how I felt when wearing this almost monochromatic look. I love pink as much as the next girl, but I have to admit that dressing like a human cupcake means having your husband tell you how sweet you look. Not sexy, definitely not sexy. But hey, I'll take sweet over sexy any day. I'm more comfortable with that term.

I hope your week is off to a great start!

  3. I love pink so much (no surprise LOL) but I have a hard time pulling off pale pink - it looks absolutely amazing on you. And the word sweet defines you perfectly <3

I'm getting a kick out of hearing your voice on snapchat - it's so funny putting a voice to a face LOL!

    1. I think pale pink would look beautiful on you though! I think the key is to brighten up your complexion so you don't get washed out. That's why I added brighter lips.
And yes, I was just telling Gina that I find my voice very annoying! I have allergies do I always sound congested. I bet I sound like a typical California girl ;) I want to hear your voice Zeba! I did a bit ago when you made a video for the blog but I'd like to hear it again!

  4. ^^Snooping your comments and I have to agree, I want to hear Zeba's voice again! I think most of us have that "Is that how I sound??!" feeling when we hear ourselves. I know I do!! At any rate, you are indeed a sweet person so I think this dress is very appropriate. It's pretty and flattering and well...there are lots of occasions where sexy isn't appropriate anyway! LOL. It's good to have a variety.

  5. I think this is such a pretty and feminine dress. Not cute. It many not scream sexy, but I don't think every outfit does or should. It can and does say pretty and feminine though, and I'll take that any day. I love this color of pink. I'm not usually a fan of brighter pinks, but I love this shade.

    1. Thank you Amy Ann! I actually wasn't so sure about the color either when I first recieved it but it grew on me. I never thought pale pink would be my thing, but I really do love how soft it looks.
